Return & Lost Package Policy
Quality Issues:
All products come with a 30-day warranty. For quality-related returns, email us at support@aipi.com with photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a return or exchange.
Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows the package is lost, contact us promptly. We’ll verify and reship your order.
