Can I combine all five services?

Yes, you can request any combination. All five services are free with a qualifying 100-device batch. We review artwork, production methods and provisioning with you before production.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum is 100 devices per custom batch. Enter 100 or more on this page. The same design and configuration apply to the batch; describe any special requirements in your brief.

What does a preconfigured AI agent include?

You can request a character, welcome experience and approved content. Initial configuration is included free. Supported functions, account ownership, activation and data handling are confirmed before provisioning. Ongoing AI usage follows the standard service plan. This does not automatically include custom firmware or third-party integrations.

How do payment and production work?

Place your order and pay securely through Shopify. The hardware uses the current store price; selected customization services are free. We’ll confirm artwork and production details after purchase. Production begins after proof approval, with delivery timing confirmed during review.

Can I use my own branding and artwork?

Share artwork you own or have permission to use. Print areas, file requirements and proofs are confirmed during review. Any own-brand resale arrangement is agreed separately.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. For a limited time, orders of at least 100 items receive free shipping with code AIPICUSTOM100, applied by this page. Your destination must be supported by our store. Taxes and import duties are separate.
