The AIPI Lite Creator Challenge is Live — Here's What We Built and Why

Hey makers —

A lot of you have been quietly building wild stuff with your AIPI Lite for months. Characters with backstories. Voice setups. Custom roles. Whole little fictional worlds living on a small red device on your desk.

We've been watching. And we thought it was time to make some noise about it.

So today we're shipping the AIPI Lite Creator Challenge — basically a public way for people to share what they've built and actually get recognized for it. No creator application. No follower-count gate. If you have an AIPI Lite (or want one), you can join.

Here's the short version.

The two layers: Floor and Ceiling

Floor (open to everyone): Post 3 simple public videos showing how you use AIPI Lite — unbox + first dialogue, an XDC role conversation, and one themed story video. Submit each link. Once each task is approved, an Amazon gift card lands in your inbox.

  • Task 1: $3
  • Task 2: $5
  • Task 3: $10
  • Approved total: $18

The $5 shipping that gets AIPI Lite to your door? Basically returned several times over once you finish three short videos.

Ceiling (Top 10 only): On top of the Floor, the Top 10 creators across the campaign split a $5,300 cash prize pool, and each Top 10 winner also gets a free Yonbo Robot — our companion product line launching alongside this challenge.

Rank Cash Plus
1st $1,500 Yonbo X1 Robot
2nd $850 Yonbo X1 Robot
3rd $650 Yonbo X1 Robot
4th $500 Yonbo X1 Robot
5th–10th $300 each Yonbo X1 Robot

How Top 10 is judged (it's not what you think)

There's no panel of creators picking favorites. There's no "thought leadership" curation. The ranking is 100% public engagement on your task videos tagged #myAIPistories:

  • Likes
  • Comments
  • Shares
  • Saves

That's it. Whoever the public actually engages with most wins. Since the social platforms expose these counts, the math is automatic and verifiable — we just read the numbers. No subjective call.

This was intentional. A pure cashback campaign tends to reward "minimum viable" effort — someone who phoned it in gets the same $18 as someone who actually built a strong character and shot it well. The engagement-based ceiling means the people who put real effort in have a place to go for it, and they're rewarded by their actual audience, not by us picking favorites.

What you don't need

  • A subscription: None of this requires a paid AIPI plan. The free tier already includes 10 agents, full character editing, MCP integration, and 20 built-in voices. Voice cloning (cloning your own voice) is the only thing that needs Pro — and it's not required for any task.
  • A creator background: We're not looking for "creators." We're looking for the people who've actually built characters they care about.
  • Face on camera: Optional. Show your hands, show the screen, show the device, show your cat. Whatever you want.
  • Production budget: Phone videos are perfectly fine. Some of the strongest community videos so far were shot in a kitchen.

Why we're doing this

Two reasons, honest:

  1. We want to see what you've built. Most of the strong character and voice setups happening on AIPI Lite live in private Discord DMs or get used solo. They never make it to a video. That's a loss for everyone — including future AIPI Lite buyers who'd love to see what's possible.
  2. We want new AIPI Lite owners to land in a community that's visibly active, not in an empty product. The challenge is partly a forcing function for that.

If you've been on the fence about sharing your setups publicly, this is a pretty low-friction excuse to do it.

Where to start

  • Already have an AIPI Lite: Register on the Creator Challenge page, post your first task, submit the link.
  • Don't have one yet: The $5 entry gets you the device, and the Floor rewards mean the entry pays for itself once you complete the tasks.
