To activate and use Xorigin AIPI, an active subscription is required. Please visit our [Purchase Page] to complete your subscription and unlock full access.

Please check the following:

• Make sure you have purchased a valid Voice Cloning Audio Track product.
• Ensure the voice you are trying to replicate is properly licensed and authorized for use.
• All voice cloning requests must pass a review process. Once approved, it may take up to 24 hours before the feature becomes active.
• After approval, you can apply the cloned voice directly from the voice selection panel on the Character Configuration page.

Here are a few things to check:

• Make sure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
• Ensure the device is powered — either plugged into a power source or with the battery module attached to the back.
• Confirm that your AIPI is linked to an agent at xdc.aipi.com.
• Use Xorigin AIPI in a quiet environment. Background noise may interfere with voice recognition.
• Make sure AIPI has been bound to the agent on xdc.aipi.com.

• Your data is hosted in Azure’s U.S.-based data centers, which comply with leading regulatory and security standards. For more details, please refer to Azure Compliance & Security Documentation.

You can use simple voice commands like:
“Increase the volume by 20%” or “Lower the volume by 10%.”
This allows you to fine-tune the sound to your liking.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times vary depending on third-party logistics providers.
If you experience a delay or a lost package, please contact our support team — we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Your Xorigin AIPI is covered by a 30-day limited warranty, which includes issues related to manufacturing or shipping.
